Cathy Fellenz has been helping individuals and organizations to grow for over 30 years.
After earning a Master's of Education in Counseling, Cathy worked with young adults in higher education, and with women at the YWCA as a career counselor. She went on to serve in management roles at United Way, and was Executive Director of an agency on aging for ten years.
In 2003, Cathy opened her transition coaching and consulting business. She was trained and certified by The Coaches Training Institute and provides personal coaching with individuals who are seeking change in their lives.
Having been trained by BoardSource as well as completing training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, she also provides consultation and coaching to nonprofit leaders, including executives and board members.
Cathy encourages her clients to design their own futures, organize forces for change, and move their agendas forward.
